this has been going on for weeks. i feel awful because of my situation. i feel sick, really. i always wake up at around 9, then i will fall asleep again, then wake up again at 10, then nap and then wake up again at 12, i'll be at the office at 1. i hate this. feels like my body clock needs battery replacement. i need help. i need professional help badly. huhuhu i synchronized my 2 cellphones time and set it both at 9 and guess what, i never wake up. plssss, help me.. huhuhu

suggestions, comments and even complains will be highly appreciated.

  1. unsolicited advice : set your mind & your will na pagtumunog na ang alarm clock mo, tatayo ka na.. to discipline your body, dapat tayo ka na agad once bumukas ang mga mata mo or ma-sense mo na na maliwanag na pala.. kiber kung groggy ka pa. :D

    isa pang trick is to religiously exercise everyday... magpapagod ka.. lalo na tayo, panay ang computer... kailangan mapagod ang body (not just the brain), para msarap ang tulog tapos masarap din ang gising (sumasarap ang gising..nescafe.ehehe)
